Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Giang city
Meet your guide in Hanoi for transfer to Ha Giang by private bus (7 hours).

Lunch on the road at your expense. Arrive in Ha Giang in the afternoon for hotel check-in. Free time to explore. Dinner at a local restaurant (your expense).

Your guide will assist with hotel arrangements and orientation.

Day 2: Ha Giang city - Quan Ba
After breakfast (your expense), your guide will assist with motorbike rental arrangements. After a test drive, begin your journey.

Visit Tung Ba cave (entrance fee at your expense). Continue to Quan Ba gate with coffee breaks at your expense. Lunch at local eatery (your expense).

Your guide will help arrange either camping equipment rental or ethnic homestay for the night.

Day 3: Quan Ba - Yen Minh

Explore ethnic villages with your guide facilitating cultural interactions. Overnight in homestay arranged with guide assistance.

Day 4: Yen Minh - Dong Van - Lung Cu

Your guide will assist with homestay arrangements in the border area.

Continue to Meo Vac with guide handling homestay arrangements.

Terms and Conditions – Guide Fee-Only Service

1. Payment Terms:

The following terms apply to payments made for guide services provided by EPIC TRIP ASIA:

Service Fee: Clients pay a fixed daily rate for guide services only. This fee covers professional guidance, itinerary suggestions, and route planning. All personal travel expenses (meals, fuel, accommodation, tickets, etc.) are the responsibility of the Client.
Payment Timing: While we appreciate a 30% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation to help us plan ahead, this is not mandatory. Full payment of the guide fee can also be arranged closer to the trip, ideally no later than 7 days before the start date. If you need more flexibility, feel free to let us know — we're happy to accommodate.
Payment Confirmation: Your booking is secured only after payment is received and verified in our bank account. Until then, EPIC TRIP ASIA reserves the right to release the date.
Bank Charges: The Client is responsible for all banking or transfer fees. We must receive the exact amount as invoiced, without deductions.
Final Confirmation: Once full payment is received, we will send an official confirmation email outlining all agreed-upon services.

2. Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply:

15–30 days before service: 10% of the guide fee
7–14 days before service: 50% of the guide fee
Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of the guide fee

Note: Since we do not book accommodations, transport, or third-party services on your behalf, there are no external cancellation policies involved.

3. Modifications:

Date Changes: Requests must be made at least 15 days in advance and are subject to guide availability.
Number of Participants: The guide fee is charged per day, regardless of the number of travelers. No price reduction applies if participants decrease.
Large Groups: If the group size exceeds a manageable number for one guide, an additional guide may be required. In such cases, extra guide fees will apply. We will inform you in advance if this applies to your trip.
Custom Requests: Additional route planning or special arrangements may be available upon request and may incur extra fees.

EPIC TRIP ASIA reserves the right to accept or decline any modification request depending on logistics, availability, or other operational factors.
