Customer Responsibilities
Fuel Inclusion: Fuel is included in the trip, so customers do not need to refuel during their journey.
Vehicle Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon receipt to ensure it meets their satisfaction. Our team will assist with this process.
Compliance with Traffic Laws: Customers must operate the vehicle in compliance with Vietnam’s traffic safety laws. Key rules will be provided by us for convenience.
Accidents and Repairs:
We provide support and assurances for accidents and repairs. In case of accidents or damage, customers must promptly notify us to determine the appropriate resolution.
Minor damages, such as light scratches or dents, will be handled without requiring additional action from the customer.
For major damages caused by negligence, repair fees may apply, but these will be communicated clearly and handled professionally.
Flat Tires and Punctures: In case of flat tires or punctures, customers should contact us for assistance. Repair fees will be covered by us.
Timely Vehicle Return: Customers must return the vehicle on time as agreed. If an extension is needed, customers should notify us in advance to arrange for continued use.
Our Responsibilities
Ensuring Vehicle Safety: We ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are in excellent condition for road use. Each vehicle rental includes two standard helmets for riders. Additional accessories can be provided upon request.
Providing Necessary Documentation: We provide photocopies of essential documents, including vehicle registration papers and civil liability insurance. A quick reference guide or contact card with emergency numbers and key traffic rules will also be provided for customer convenience.
Support During the Trip: We are committed to assisting customers in any situation requiring our involvement, such as traffic incidents or legal matters. A 24/7 support hotline is available for emergencies or assistance.
Vehicle Replacement or Trip Adjustment:
Vehicle Replacement: If the service does not meet the agreed-upon terms, customers may request a replacement vehicle that matches their requirements or decline the service and receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
Early Termination of Trip: If customers end their trip earlier than planned, the cost will be recalculated based on the usage period, and any excess amount will be refunded promptly.
Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their reservation at any time without incurring cancellation fees. For prepaid bookings, refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
Additional Services:
Complimentary essentials such as raincoats, phone mounts, or maps will be provided to enhance the travel experience.
Pre-trip orientation is available for customers unfamiliar with motorbikes to ensure safety and comfort.
We monitor vehicle usage during guided tours to ensure customers can focus on their journey without worrying about maintenance or emergencies.
